The route from Poland
From Łódź we follow the Via Baltica through Lithuania: the S8 and S61 to the border at Budzisko, then via Kaunas and Panevėžys to Bauska and Riga. The rest of the route depends on the delivery address.
Where Latvian business is
The largest centre is Riga, with its port. Liepāja and Ventspils are important ports too, and industry and warehouses also operate around Jelgava and Daugavpils. We plan each delivery to the receiver’s exact address.
Tolls and rules for vans
Road charging rules for vans up to 3.5 t GVW in the Baltic states have changed in recent years. We check the current rules in Latvia and in transit through Lithuania before every run and include them in the quote.
Documents
Latvia is in the European Union and the Schengen area, and its currency is the euro. Goods do not go through customs clearance. We carry under a CMR consignment note and the documents agreed with the receiver.

If you ship to Latvia regularly, we will agree fixed collection and delivery days. We also accept one-off business orders and confirm the timing once we have checked vehicle availability.
